etsy of the week - year of the goat
Hand-spun, hand-dyed, hand-knit tunic sweater from Etsy shop Year of the Goat. This sweater is gorgeous, and warm, and soft. The design of it is inspired, and the texture is beautiful. This sweater was sitting in my Etsy favorites for a long time, and it just may be one of the most viewed Etsy items, almost 13,000 views!

hope you're feeling better!
Year of the Goat used to be a shop in New Paltz, NY, but she closed down over a year ago and opened an Etsy shop. Very smart of her. She spins great yarn.
Your sweater looks fantastic.
LOL, it's in my favorites. I wondered where I'd seen it.
I love how deceptively light it looks taped to the wall! Thanks for all the attention.
All the best,
Melissa
Beautiful. I particularly love the cut/shape of the sleeves. Great find!
Oh wow, Lisa - that's amazing!
oh Lisa. You bought this top! I have been admiring and wondering whether I could justify buying it for about a year now!! it looks beautiful on you. my wallet just heaved a sigh of relief knowing that there is no way for me to buy it now!
Looks nice - I could make something like that one day for myself.
I love the yellow/ beige striped top that is featured on your latest header!
It looks like the perfect thing to wear in warm weather.
I finally bought the pattern after reading this post, although I can't knit. What kind of yarn did you use?
