I'm normally very intimidated by cooking shows and thus, don't like to watch them...but this resonated with me...on board a schooner! Your brother was very personable.
and I loved the way this video was shot. with the recipe in the foreground and the tiny cooking space...b/c really, who has a kitchen like Martha!? i'm lucky if my apt even has a counter next to the sink. I usally have to stir my pot of batter in my arms.
